The Best Pillow Sprays To Help You Sleep
I’ve been an insomniac for as long as I can remember and I’ve tried so many different things to help me drift into a restful slumber. I swear by using pillow sprays as they really help me to relax and drift off, so I’m sharing the best pillow sprays to help you sleep which I’ve tried and tested myself, so I know that they work effectively.
This Works Deep Sleep Pillow Spray £18 75ml
“An award-winning natural, aromatherapeutic Superblend of Lavender, Vetivert and Camomile calms both mind and body, soothing you to sleep.“
This pillow spray has won numerous awards since its launch and it’s one of the bestselling – if not the top bestseller for sleep sprays. I’ve tried the original version and the intense Sleep+ Spray. The stats backing up the This Works pillow sprays speak for themselves as 89% fell asleep faster than normal and 96% had less disturbed sleep. It’s my number one pillow spray and one I’ve repurchased numerous times as it works every single time and it’s a product I’ve purchased as gifts for others as I know it works so well.
L’Occitane Relaxing Pillow Mist £18 100ml
“Featuring a 100% natural scent, this mist can be sprayed in your bedroom to create a calming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and well-being. The relaxing pillow mist contains the essential oils of lavender, bergamot, mandarin, sweet orange and geranium. This relaxing essential oil spray been proven to be effective at creating a soothing sensation, conducive to a peaceful, relaxing night’s sleep.”
This is one of my newest additions to my collection but I’ve been so wowed by it, so I knew I had to include it within my line-up. It has a stronger scent than the other two picks within my ‘the best pillow sprays to help you sleep’ picks and thus won’t be for everyone but the stronger scent makes it more effective. It smells like an authentic lavender field and my bedroom still smells the following morning so it doubles up as an air freshener too.
REN & Now to Sleep Pillow Spray £18 75ml
“A soothing blend of natural oils known for their sleep-enhancing properties, this mist helps to relax the mind and body, improving the quality of sleep. Think frankincense, hops and lavender misted over the pillow, first aiding rest and then relieving tension for the ultimate sense of tranquility.“
If you don’t like a strong scented pillow spray, the REN Pillow Spray would be the one I’d recommend the most as it’s more subtle. It has a subtle lavender scent and the atomiser on the bottle is super fine so it emits the finest of sprays over the pillow. It’s not as effective as my other two picks but it does still definitely work as long as I’m fully relaxed and it’s still a really good sleep spray.
